All other trampoline parts are warranted against defects and workmanship only. Any misuse or abuse of the trampoline may void all warranties. We may require images or inspection of the warranted item prior to replacement. Shipping costs are not included in coverage.

Ships within 1-3 days via Freight Truck Do to the size and weight of this product, it can not ship via Common Carrier (UPS or FedEx), therefore it will ship to you via freight truck. Items delivered via freight truck are curbside delivery meaning it is your responsibility to move the product from the curbside to your desired location. Most freight companies offer additional services. If you require additional services, please contact the freight company once you have your tracking information. You will be responsible for any charges associated with these additional services and must pay the fright company directly.
Freight shipments require an appointment to receive the delivery. It is recommended that once you receive your tracking information that you contact the freight company directly to schedule an appointment. The freight company will contact the customer to schedule if you choose not to contact them.
